It covers all 25 CHP communications centers statewide, refreshes every few minutes, classifies each incident (collision, hazard, closure, fire), geolocates it, and — uniquely — preserves each incident's dispatch and unit update logs after CHP removes it, providing a historical archive the official site does not.
